C4Post ("we," "our," or "us") is a product of AgentC4. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our social media management platform and related services.
When you connect your social media accounts to C4Post, we may collect the following information:
Account Information: Your name, email address, and business name provided during registration.
Social Media Data: When you authorize C4Post to access your social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X), we collect profile information, page details, and posting permissions as authorized through each platform's OAuth process. We only request permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf.
Content Data: Brand assets, images, copy, and preferences you provide to us for content creation and publishing.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including login times, features used, and content approvals.
We use the information we collect to:
Create, schedule, and publish social media content on your behalf across your authorized platforms. Generate AI-assisted content including copy, graphics, and media tailored to your brand. Provide analytics and performance reports on your published content. Communicate with you about your account, content approvals, and service updates. Improve our platform and develop new features.
C4Post integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). When you connect these accounts, their respective privacy policies also apply. We use AI services to generate content, but your brand data is not used to train third-party AI models. We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for data storage, both of which maintain industry-standard security practices.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you disconnect your social media accounts or cancel your subscription, we will delete your social media access tokens within 30 days. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure token storage for social media credentials, and regular security reviews of our systems.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may disconnect any social media account at any time through your C4Post dashboard, which immediately revokes our access. You may request a copy of your data or request complete deletion by contacting us at the email below.
C4Post is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
