These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of C4Post, a social media management platform operated by AgentC4 ("we," "our," or "us"). By using C4Post, you agree to these Terms.
C4Post is a social media content creation and publishing platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate branded content — including copy, graphics, and media — and publishes it to your authorized social media accounts on your behalf. Our service includes content generation, scheduling, publishing, and performance reporting.
To use C4Post, you must authorize us to access and publish to your social media accounts. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use of C4Post complies with each platform's terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, images, and any original materials you provide to us. Content generated by C4Post on your behalf — including AI-generated copy and graphics — is licensed to you for your unrestricted use upon delivery. We retain no ownership rights to content created for your brand once it has been delivered or published.
C4Post provides an approval workflow that allows you to review content before it is published. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. Once you approve content for publishing, you accept responsibility for that content appearing on your social media accounts.
C4Post uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation. While we strive for high-quality, accurate, and brand-appropriate output, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or require revision. We recommend reviewing all content through the approval workflow before publication. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content that was approved through the standard workflow.
C4Post is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing, features, and terms specific to your subscription tier are outlined in your service agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will complete any content already in your approval queue and cease publishing new content. Access to your dashboard and historical data will remain available for 30 days following cancellation. Social media access tokens will be revoked within 30 days of cancellation.
You agree not to use C4Post to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform. We reserve the right to refuse to publish content that we reasonably believe violates these standards or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentC4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of C4Post. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of C4Post after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Arkansas.
